We offer free delivery on all orders over £50. For orders under £50, a standard delivery charge of £9.99 applies. We pride ourselves on providing fast and reliable delivery for all items in stock, so you can expect your order to arrive promptly. Most in-stock items will be dispatched swiftly, and you’ll usually receive your products within a few working days.

For some larger items or large display rolls, delivery may take a little longer – typically around 5 to 7 days. If this is the case, we’ll always include clear information in the product description, so you know exactly when to expect your delivery.

We deliver across the mainland UK, ensuring that no matter where you are, your order reaches you safely and in good time.

Returns Policy

At Great Stores, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return any unused, unopened items to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
